What data do we collect?

You directly provide Elastic with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
- Register online or place an order for any of our services.
- Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback.

How will we use your data?
Elastic collects your data so that we can:
- Process your order and manage your account.

Elastic will never share applicant or employee data with partner companies so that they may offer you their products and services. However,when Elastic processes your order, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to preventfraudulent purchases.
How do we store your data?
Elastic will keep your CV and applicant interests and personal data for one year from receiving it. Once this time period has expired, we willask you if want to maintain your subscription to Elastic, if we have no response within 7 days we will delete your data, if you agree we willmaintain your account for another 12 months.
Elastic will keep employer records and accounts open unless you request they be closed, dormant accounts will be closed after 12 months,we will message you 7 days before we intend to do this. Elastic will maintain details of interviews we have scheduled and placements wehave made within your business for 6 months and then they will be removed from your dashboard and our system to maintain user privacy.
Marketing
Elastic would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like. If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt-out at a later date.
You have the right at any time to stop Elastic from contacting you for marketing purposes.
